CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when a reservation is made and confirmed with a deposit it becomes an assured/guaranteed reservation…My Pro Poker is committing to hold a date and time for you and remove that date and time from the market.
A 50% deposit of the total fee is required to confirm a reservation.
If you decide to cancel, it can be difficult for My Pro Poker to rebook the date and time—especially
in the case of cancellations that occur close to the reserved tournament date.
With this is mind, we must firmly adhere to the following policy:

- According to the time frame in which you cancel, a cancellation fee will be assessed and the remaining balance of monies paid toward the cancelled space will be issued either as a refund or future tournament credit (tournament credits are good towards a future My Pro Poker tournament):
- Cancellation occurs 20 or fewer days prior to tournament date 100% Cancellation Fee, 0% tournament Credit
- Cancellation occurs 31 or fewer days prior to tournament date 75% Cancellation Fee, 25% tournament Credit
- Cancellation occurs 45 or fewer days prior to tournament date 50% Cancellation Fee, 50% tournament Credit
- Cancellation fees, tournament credits, and refunds are calculated only on actual money amounts paid to My Pro Poker toward the cancelled tournament date and time. Expenses incurred in association with your planned tournament, or monies paid to other vendors/facilities in connection with your cancelled tournament, are not the responsibility or liability of My Pro Poker. Any refunds issued are done so in the same method that the client payment was originally submitted to My Pro Poker.
- In lieu of cancellation, a change in tournament dates will be accommodated (pending space availability on your alternate tournament date) without penalty if:
- The change occurs 45 or more days prior to the originally booked tournament date. If the change occurs less than 45 days prior to the original trip date booked, there may be a processing fee of up to a maximum total charge of $300.
- A change that causes cancellation of the original date for other clients is treated as a cancellation and the above cancellation fees apply.
